Amy Luo: Managing Director

Amy Luo has been involved in textile industry since 1990. She started her own business in the early 90's, and became one of southern and eastern China's leading suppliers of textile raw materials including spandex and polyester, with clients in a number of countries including the US, Germany, South Korea, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. More recently, Amy has become involved in the manufacture and distribution of healthcare supplies. Amy has a Bachelor of Computer Science from Tianjin Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Business Study (Accounting) from Auckland University of Technology.

Mr. Bronte Douglass

Dr. Douglass was involved in the pathology industry for some 30 years. He was responsible for the establishment and growth of Douglass Laboratories which became one of the largest pathology companies in Australia under his management. Douglass Laboratories formed the core of the pathology operations of Sonic Healthcare Limited, a highly successful listed company. He subsequently established a new pathology company, Diagnostic Pathology, which was sold to Alpha Healthcare Limited and to Sonic Healthcare.

Dr. Douglass has also had more than 14 years experience in operating Medical Centers. For the last four years he has been responsible for the operation of a cosmetic clinic that has provided Intense Pulse Light, ELOS and other cosmetic procedures. This clinic provided the core of the cosmetic service now provided by Cosmedics Australia Limited, a Newcastle Stock Exchange listed company.

Dr. Douglass is the Managing Director of Cosmedics Australia Limited. Cosmedics currently services medical clinics and beauty salons throughout NSW using IPL/Laser machines for hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
